The Taccardi Long Pasta line showcases the finest aspects of our tradition: spaghettoni, spaghetti, fettuccelle, linguine, bucatini, and mafaldine , the undisputed stars of Italian cuisine.
Made with bronze dies and 100% Italian durum wheat , they have a rough texture and a strong personality, capable of enhancing any type of seasoning.

Slowly dried at low temperatures (36–38°C) , Taccardi long pasta maintains the authentic flavour of the wheat intact and holds its shape perfectly during cooking.
Because simplicity, when done well, is never ordinary: it's an art that renews itself every day, in the hands of those who know how to wait.
