Where does your wheat come from?
We use only 100% Italian Senatore Cappelli durum wheat , grown in Basilicata. An ancient and noble variety, naturally rich in protein and with an authentic flavor.
Is your pasta truly artisanal?
Yes. All our pasta is bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures (between 36° and 38°C), to maintain its flavour, colour and nutritional properties intact.
Do you have organic or baby products?
Of course. The Micrò line is a healthy, organic pasta designed for adults and children alike, made with functional, natural ingredients, perfect for children as young as 6 months.
Where can I buy Taccardi pasta?
You can buy online on this site or taste at the Ristorante '900 Casa Taccardi in Matera, or at selected stores and shops that showcase excellent Lucanian products.
What is the philosophy of Ristorante 900?
We're the only restaurant in Matera where the pasta isn't imported from outside: it's made here.
