Taccardi Regional Pastas tell the story of the South and its family cuisine: orecchiette, strascinate, cavatelli, capunti, maritati, and many other shapes that preserve the memory of ancient traditions.
Once handmade, one by one, today faithfully reproduced with artisanal machinery that respects the original imprint, to give the pasta that rough, welcoming and lively shape.

Always made with 100% Italian durum wheat , bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures , Taccardi Regionali are a sensory journey through tradition, territory and identity.
